Strategic Leadership & Design for Mortgagers and Lenders
Building on the insights uncovered in the first workshop, this session focuses on translating data into strategy. Leaders and managers will work collaboratively to set priorities, design responsive lending or recovery programs, and align initiatives with regulatory and organizational goals. The workshop emphasizes leadership’s role in connecting data to vision, and in designing strategies that balance business performance with borrower support. By the end, participants will have draft program models that are actionable, scalable, and mission-aligned.
