Class 3: Action Planning & Readiness for Mortgagers and Lenders

This workshop moves from strategy into execution by helping teams create practical, step-by-step action plans. Participants will define roles, allocate resources, set measurable goals, and establish timelines that ensure organizational readiness for rollout. Emphasis is placed on building cross-department alignment (servicing, risk, compliance, and outreach) so that plans are realistic and sustainable. By the conclusion, each team will leave with a readiness checklist and an actionable roadmap tailored to their organization’s needs.


Course Delivery Format:

Objectives:

Build practical frameworks for execution, resource allocation, and accountability.

Modules:

  1. Operationalizing Borrower Segmentation - Assign staff, budgets, and timelines to different borrower groups (for Managers and Loss Mitigation Specialists).

  2. Designing Assistance Pathways - Map borrower stress profiles to the right programs (payment deferrals, modifications, forbearance) (for Outreach Specialists).

  3. Metrics & Evaluation Frameworks - Develop KPIs such as recovery rate, outreach success, and compliance turnaround times (for Analysts & Compliance Officers).

  4. Cross-Department Alignment - Create shared dashboards and workflows that keep servicers, compliance, and executives aligned (for Leadership Teams).

Materials:

  • During the workshop, participants receive access to data for a random geography provided by Pivot.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Certifications

  • No refunds are available for certification fees (individual or organizational).

Courses (Individual Registrations)

  • Refunds:

    • 100% refund (minus 25% cancellation fee) if canceled 14 or more days before the course start date.

    • No refunds within 14 days of the course start date.

  • Credits:

    • Cancellations made 5 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a credit toward a future course of equivalent value.

    • Credits are valid for 6 months, are non-transferable outside the original registrant’s organization, and must be redeemed using the original receipt number.

    • Credits respect the original purchase value, including any discounts applied.

  • No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Full Course Series Purchases

  • Refunds are not available for bundled or series purchases.

  • Registrants may receive a credit toward future courses equal to the original purchase value, subject to the same rules above.

Multi-Seat Purchases (Organizations/Groups)

  • Refunds are not available for multi-seat purchases.

  • Organizations may receive a credit toward future courses equal to the original purchase value, subject to the same rules above.
