Pivot Partnerships was founded on a single conviction: that the gap between community need and institutional response is not a resources problem, it is an intelligence problem. Institutions often have resources. Communities often have capacity. What's missing is the systems-level thinking that connects them with precision.
We developed the Stakeholder Conflict Identification Strategy (STA-CIS) — a geospatial decision tool that maps where resources, policies, and community systems are working against each other instead of together. STA-CIS tells institutions, governments, and corporations exactly where to invest, what's blocking impact, and how to align their resources to fix it. The result is a legally defensible, outcomes-focused framework that works across regulatory environments, across sectors, and across the full arc of community investment: from compliance documentation to direct household stabilization.
