Imagine 2030 is a Pivot initiative to engage, discuss, connect, and problem-solve together.
Our goal is to:
Work with local community stakeholders who believe their communities have the potential to achieve greater things.
Achieve a 50% reduction/improvement in each of our impact areas by 2030. This includes poverty, energy democracy, housing, transportation costs, education outcomes - you get the idea.
We know it’s possible.
Pivot believes that there are a lot of good ideas, great organizations, and the success of all communities is possible. We believe that what’s been missing is an understanding of the “goal-post”, the vision, an understanding of what is trying to be achieved.
Our Imagine 2030 events bring together voices from the US and Southern Africa to better understand how systems work, identify the barriers preventing success, and work through developing a game plan for achieving that vision in local communities.

Class 1: Data Insights for Mortgagers & Lenders
This workshop equips mortgage professionals with the ability to harness data for smarter decision-making. Participants will learn how to analyze community and borrower datasets to uncover patterns in delinquency, identify underserved lending markets, and assess the underlying conditions driving borrower challenges. Through hands-on exercises with interactive dashboards, attendees will practice segmenting markets, spotting risks, and discovering opportunities for growth. By the end of the session, teams will have a clearer picture of where their markets are and what issues need to be addressed first.
