If you’re working with, supporting, or simply know someone who is talented, motivated, and ready for a structured pathway into professional employment we want to hear about them. A referral from someone who knows them is one of the strongest ways a person enters this program.

Complete the form below. The more context you can provide, the better we can prepare for the intake conversation. If the person you’re referring doesn’t know you’re submitting their name, please indicate that - we’ll make the first outreach gentle and low-pressure.

Once you submit, our team reviews referrals on a rolling basis and will be in touch within five business days.

WHO SHOULD YOU REFER?

  • Recent high school graduates entering the workforce

  • Mid-career professionals pivoting to a new direction

  • Gap year or in-transition individuals younger than 25

  • New college, technical, or vocational graduates

  • Anyone who stepped away from higher ed and needs a clear path forward

  • Individuals rebuilding after furlough, layoff, or time away from the workforce

  • Anyone you believe is ready to move - but missing the structure or connections to get there alone

What happens after you refer

  1. Referral review. Our team reviews your submission within five business days.

  2. Outreach to the participant. If there’s a potential fit, we reach out directly - gently if they don’t know a referral was made.

  3. Application & intake. The participant completes an application and, if it advances, a 30- to 45-minute intake interview with Pivot staff.

  4. Cohort placement. Accepted participants are placed in the next available cohort. You may be contacted if additional context is needed.
