My Role - Risk Manager

Story:

As a risk manager you want predictive analytics on portfolio-wide delinquency and default trends, so that you can anticipate risks and take preventative action.

Risk managers need visibility across entire portfolios to identify emerging risks before they become systemic. Current approaches often rely on lagging indicators. A forward-looking data tool provides leading indicators. allowing proactive risk mitigation.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The Pivot Dashboard can generate portfolio-wide reports on a recurring schedule.

• Risk hotspots are flagged by geography, loan type, or borrower profile.

• Predictive models provide at least a 3 to 6 month forward risk forecast

Business Value:

• Stronger portfolio resilience, reduced losses, and better preparedness for market volatility (e.g., housing downturns, policy changes, or economic shifts).
